Default 94 Accord: sticking gas pedal

When I first start the car, the gas pedal sticks. After I "break it loose," for lack of a better term, everything works fine. It never sticks while driving.

Any thoughts?

Fix it....sorry, need humor these days.

I start by checking the cable for free movement. Then I'd give the tb a good cleaning, both side of the buttryfly and the outside edge of the tb where the buttryfly closes off. Then double check the "springs" where the cable connects to the tb.
