I'm having the same problem with my 02 Accord. Clutch pedal sticks to the floor if I have been stopped for a minute. If I stop and put the car in neutral and release the clutch there is no problem. Only if I leave the clutch in for a minute then it sticks to the floor. Is this just a level issue? Or is there more to it?

Could have a bad clutch master cylinder.

Check to make sure there is no leak anywhere, make sure there is enough fluid in there, and keep bleeding.
