Default Clutch pedal sticking to the floor?

I have a 2002 Honda Accord, manual transmission. The problem is, every so often the clutch pedal sticks to the floor. Once this happens the only thing I do is push on the pedal again and the pedal releases. I don't see any loss of clutch fluid and the level is fine. This doesn't happen all the time and there seems to be no consistency to it, it has happened at complete stops and when going through the gears. The clutch feels smooth and firm at all travel. Any ideas?

That sounds like a problem with either the master or the slave cylinder. You might consider replacing both at the same time.
