I have a 94 accord LX with 155,000 miles on it. I replaced the distributor cap, button, wires and plugs. It was still surging, i jumped the connector under the dash and it read codes 10, 14 and 41, I looked them up on ondemand and replaced the IACV, IAT and the Upstream o2 sensor. Still ran rough. I rplaced the plenum and throttle body, PCV Valve and Map sensor. The rough Idle went away. I check the codes again and 10 is still flashing. The car idles fine and runs perfect over 2000 rpm's. It surges between 1200 and 1800. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Oh and I replaced the ECM with a known working one and Bled the coolant system.

 

If you replaced the IAT and the eci then something in the wires has to be wrong. In the "Common DIY Threads" sticky at the top of this section there is a link to a manual you can download that will show you which pins of the ecu the wires go to.

In that same sticky there is a write up on cleaning the egr chamber/ports that you should think about doing as well.
