Default Surging Problems

I have a 2000 honda accord V6 coupe. The problem I'm having is that after I drive my car for a while I stop at a store or something and when I come out to start it the rpm's surge up and down. I've had it at the dealer and they changed all types of things which include fuel pressure regulator, the pcm, the engine cooling temp sensor, main fuel relay, idle air control valve and I just recently changed the fuel pump.

This may sound weird, but I have a hunch that the brake fluid/pressure can also effect idle speed. I came across this thought as because my idle sometimes fluctuates at stop lights (and it eventually works itself out to settling at about 700, so I never bothered to look into it much), and after I recently changed my brakes, one at a time....when the time came to air out the brake lines - after starting the car and bumping the brakes, I encountered the fluctuating idle. So then, going on this hunch, after the brake job, when coming to stops, I engine-braked instead so to come to the stop without brakes, and once there, I would compress it firmly and sure enough, the idle would start to fluctuate. Not that this is definitely the reason, but it gives me the incentive to look further and finally figure out why my idle does this. I just thought I would share this hear to see if it rang any bells.

Daniel,
You might want to check out your vacuum brake-booster. Seems to me that it's more likely that the booster is acting like a vacuum leak. That's the best plausible connection between brakes & engine.
