Default 95 Honda V6 starting problem

New plugs and wires, grounds have all been checked, fuel pump working, getting pressure in fuel lines. The engine turns over but will not catch. Starts with starting fluid sprayed directly into the air intake, but won't stay running. The D4 light flashes when attempting to start. Fuses, relays, wiring harnesses have all been tested and are working properly. Completely out of ideas, please help!

I don't have the codes for the issues that my car has, my dad is the one trying to fix it. He's not so good with the internet so I'm just the messenger here. Ask any question about the car and I will answer to the best of my ability.

If spraying starting fluid get the engine running, then this is a fuel delivery problem.

Ask him what codes he got.

Are the injectors getting power when the key is in the II position?

Has there been any recent work done to the car?

The CEL isn't on, so there isn't a code to get... After reading more posts, I am convinced that the problem is an electrical problem in the ignition system. He says the coil is fine but I have been having this problem on and off for about 2 years now. He was convinced it was caused by the after market alarm/keyless entry system that was poorly installed(before I bought the car). I was told by the guy I bought the car from that the alarm kept going off so he cut the wire to the alarm. My dad pulled the whole alarm system out, but the car still wouldn't start. I'm convinced that I just need to replace the ignition system.

Yes the injectors are getting power. The most recent work was having it looked at for a check engine light. The codes that came up for that were Catalytic efficiency and that was it. The ABS light has also been on for 2 years, but the system has pressure and works like it should. When jumped the code that came up for the ABS light was the ABS unit.
Right now, my concerns with the car are starting, the right front control arm and ball joint, the right rear lower ball joint, and the small hole in the gas tank.

Kind of sounds like the main relay. There are some tests you can do to confirm. Do you have the service manual to test the inputs/outputs of the relay?

My dad has tested all of the relays, grounds, fuses, everything in the manual... The injectors are not getting the signal to open, so I believe it's either something in the electrical in the ignition or maybe even the ECU...

How did you check the injectors for not getting the signal to open?

The injectors are supposed to have battery voltage at all times (when the key is on). The live wire is the same wire-color on all injectors. The ECU switches the ground side of the circuit - that's the other different-color wires.

If the injectors are getting (+)12v, then check for open wiring on the ground side of each injector, back to the ECU connectors.
