2000 Honda Accord Starting Problem
I have a 2000 Honda accord dx auto trans. Twice now the car wont start initially. The car engines cranks but doesnt turn over. Last time this happened, was early morning after a good rain, eventually started up. I am assuming that perhaps some components are wet. Dont know what else to think. Might this be the case? What can I do to prevent this in the future?

First, you'll see I moved your post to start your own thread. Remember this for future.
When you turn keyswitch to On, do you hear a soft click from under the dash and faint buzzing from trunk area. If yes, this indicates fuel is getting to fuel rail, if not then fuel supply; either main fuel relay or fuel pump are suspect.
Hard start when wet and cold suggests ignition problem. Has any recent work been done? Components that are sensitive to moisture are distributor cap, rotor, and spark plug wires. Spray system w/ heavy fine mist of water at night and look for sparks jumping. Any sparks would indicate new wires, distributor cap, and rotor.
Finally, has Check Engine Light been On at any time? If yes, check for any codes that might be stored.
good luck

Main Relay?
Take a look here, there's execellent troubleshooting info for starting problems.
Some people have replaced their $40 Main Relay to fix misc. issues (2 door main relay = 39400-S82-A01; 4 door main relay = 39400-S84-003)
