94 accord tranny help

I got a 94 accord non vtec auto the d4 light blinks non stop and will only shift into 1st and 4th if put in d4 or d3 I can shift it into 2nd manually what can the problem be

I have changed the tcu and top soi pack still have the problem

See DiY forum for procedure for extracting obd1 codes. Same as Check Engine Light codes except D4 light blinks codes. Post codes for help.
