Unhappy 95 Accord No-Start

Having a problem similar to this. I have a 95 2.2 vetec manuel. In the cold it usually doesnt start unless i have someone jump it and put starting fluid in it as well as pushing the gas pedal. I recently purchased this car from someone, he said he replaced the plugs and wires, and i recently replaced the thermostat. once it starts up, it runs really smooth. It also has a really small gas leak, but only a few drops every night.lastly, theres alot of vaccum lines going to nothing idk if that could be a reason, Any thing helps, Im tired of jumping it every day to get to work.Thanks.

Without jumper cables, does anything happen when you try to start the vehicle? Or is the battery completely dead?

Where is the gas leaking?

The battery isnt dead, i can crank it a few times before it dies and needs a jump, and i got it checked at autozone.Sometimes it starts without cables, but usually just cranks fast. And it looks like its leaking from a rubber gas line, but its been freezing out so i havnt had a good look.

I made a new thread, because two different problems on a single thread is confusing.

A leaking fuel line is dangerous and is a potential fire hazard. You need to locate the leak and fix it.

I suspect that you are losing fuel pressure in the line and not generating enough fuel pressure to start the car initially. A quick test is to turn the key to the II position, but do not start the car. Turn off the key, and repeat a few times. Then try to start the car.
