95 accord speedo not working and D4 light flashing
You have a lot more codes going on that I realized. This could be an ECU or TCU issue, especially since the TCU code 14 has a faulty ECU or TCU as a solution.
I would remove the 7.5 amp back/radio fuse in the engine bay fuse box to reset the codes. Drive the car a bit, then recheck the codes. If they all/most codes return, you can do some troubleshooting on each item assuming you have multiple issues. I don't know what tools/experience you have for DIY troubleshooting. The obd1 accords are tricker, because you can't install an obd2 scanner to look at live data.
I'd suggest pulling out the ECU and TCU in the back of the passenger footwell. You can remove the cover and look at the ciruit boards of the ECU and TCU. You would want to look for brown/black deposits under the capacitors due to leaking capacitors or any obvious signs of damage or corrosion (white or green powder). If you find damaged items, the components can be replaced depending on your soldering skills, or you could go to a u-pull-it junkyard and find replacement ECU and/or TCU. Your donor car has to be a 94 or 95 4cyl EX with automatic transmission.
