The wiper motor on my 95 Accord EX will engage but the wipers do not move. I think it may be a linkage issue but I am not car savvy. Any ideas?

 

There's a nut holding the arm right at the pivot point. Take that off, lift the wiper arm off of it's tapered shaft.

Lot of time, that tapered shaft is working OK but it's slipping inside the wiper arm. So clean it, reposition it, and tighten the nut.

Or maybe the linkage is broken, but take the arms off first to be sure.
