Default 96 5 speed question im stumped

96 accord lx non vtec motor with 5 speed 100,000 miles. plus older lady drives it, hope that fills in most ppl.

the clutch as she states is slipping in hot weather and after a long drive like on the way home.

She took it to a shop they replaced the clutch master cyl. NO FIX

Then I replaced the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and the throw out bearing with a kit.

the old clutch bearly had lil wear but flywheel was pretty worn. No leaks out of motor at all. rear main and pan and valve cover dryist ive ever seen nice car.

She drove home called me the next day and said the clutch was still slipping?

Any suggestions anyone?

the slave looks like it fully engaging and i did bleed it as well to make sure the shop didnt mess that up but how real hard is that lol.

Could it be one of the flex lines from the clutch master to the slave sealing up on its self when hot. Like old flex brake lines? Or could it be a bad slave? She now wants me to replace the xmsn. I dont think its a bad 5 speed.

It wasn't clear from your first post. Did you replace the flywheel or have it machined?

The slave cylinder is about all that is left to replace.

Is the clutch pedal adjusted properly? The shop manual has specific measurements for the clutch pedal. You can download a 94 shop manual from the online manuals thread in the DIY section. Look a 12-4. Measure the distances first to see if they are in the recommended range.

That flex line is a good idea for you to check out.

If the line closes up, then the clutch fluid will expand with heat, partially disengaging the clutch.
