Weak flow from an aftermarket blower motor usually happens when the wires are attached backwards. Try switching the wires connected to the motor and see if the air flow is better.

The motors are "bi-directional" - meaning depending on how the ground and power wires are hooked up the motor will spin in different directions. Many times people have wired them backwards when replacing the motors on these.
