The engine was running, wires are black/white and the white one seems to have a small green line on it.

I don't have a diagram showing what fuses are what for under the dash, the cover is missing.. When I got the car, I did check all the fuses.. but with all of this checking this plug/checking that fuse/wire, maybe I blew one. I can check every one of them, and post back tomorrow.. but if anyone has a diagram even for future use that I can print, That would be great.

If not a fuse, what could this be?

that's what i tought you got the wrong switch,, you jumped the wires at the switch at the end of the top radiator hose ,, you need to jump the wires at the plug by the thermostat switch,, the wires are green and black

that is also a fan switch but it is the one that makes the fan come on after you shut the car off and the underhood temp is over the set temp of the switch 223 degrees ,, and it is not supposed to have power ll

so did fans come on after you jumped the correct switch ??

Holy cow man you got a lot of issues with this car ..

Holy cow man you got a lot of issues with this car .. Yea, it sucks.. I thought it was problem free.. and these are mostly small, but ANNOYING problems.. I really don't know what I'd do without your help and reading through pages and pages of old posts on this forum. Kinda having fun running back and forth following directions on what to check, etc.. I've never had to do any engine/electrical diagnostic stuff, so I'm gradually learning some things.
btw- what color wires go to the right plug?

Just ran outside and checked, Fan came on when I Jumped it. Is that the actual switch that I unplugged? If so, what would the exact name be for that and about how much would a new one cost?

Thanks alot!
