96 Accord LX..How to improve windshield wash sprayers?

Hi, When I go to use the wash sprayer they just barely flow out. Is the pump going bad or is the lines clogged. Kinda at a loss as all looks ok but just doesnt work well.

Straighten out one side of a staple. Use that to clean anything out of the nozzles.
