96 Accord passenger seat belt problem

96 Accord passenger seat belt problem

The seat belt is locked and wont pull out. Not sure how to access the mechanism to unjam it.

Contact a Honda dealer. Honda has lifetime coverage on seat belts, unless you tampered with them , cut them or problem was caused due to collision, etc.

Just FYI... (for other people who read this)
Cars newer than 2005 or something like that, don't have the LIFETIME warranty on seatbelts. It's now something like 15-years or 150k miles.
