My 2 cents, I always replace front end parts in pairs, if one side is bad the other side is not far behind, imho. However each car is different and I know all to well how tight $ can be, that may also come into the equation, If it is even the slightest bit loose , I would replace it. Good luck.

 

Checked other side, it's fine so I don't see a reason to replace it. If I had more $$ I probably would though.
