Default 96 accord speed sensor failing? Or?...

http://autorepair.about.com/library/faqs/bl022i.htm

Judging by this guide... Would I replace the drivelink or the WHOLE speed sensor?

Situation: While driving, my needle randomly jumps all the way from 0, to ALL the way round to BEHIND the 0 needle (like 200mph).
Stock 2.2 :P
I wish I could accelerate that fast.
Anyway, what exactly do I need to replace? That little guy? or the whole 120$ part?

Edit: Just went out there and looked, and it appears to be stuck behind the 0 needle. When I replace whatever, this will be fixed?
