Exclamation 96 accord transmission.. HELP

Hello HAF. I have a 96 accord lx 4cyl a/t im currently experiencing weird stuff happening on the transmission when im at 20-25mph.

I drain and refill thr trans with honda atf 4times. Installed a magnetic filter and cleaned both solenoids. I don't knoe if I had this problem before I didn't notice it till just now. From Stop it shifts fine to any gears and at any speed, but when i slow down around 20-25mph i believe im at 2nd gear and when i press the gas pedal even with a light press the transmission immediately downshifts to 1st gear.

Is this a sign of slippage? Or is it a solenoid problem? Maybe a TCU problem? I dont have any flashing lights or a CEL. I hope this is not a sign of my trans giving up anytime soon.

I checked my fluid everytime and it is in its correct level.

Help please. I dont know what to do to cure this.

Thank,
Dats

Any work done on the transmission? Is the Check Engine Light on?

Shift quality can be modified by the throttle body -transmission feedback cable. You can download a shop manual from Online Manuals post in DIY forum to get the cable adjustment procedure.

good luck

No work done on the trans, just a drain and fill with honda dw1 atf.

No d4 lights nor CELs.

I already adjustes the cable.. No improvement.

It only happens when i'm slowing down 20-25mph then wheb i press the gas pedal to accelerate it downshifts from 2nd to 1st.
