I looked up the RockAuto order email: ANCHOR 8026. It fit perfectly. Your pic's aren't showing the problem. Is it that one or more of the three bolt holes don't line up on the frame cross member?

 

I went to the auto parts store today. I showed the guy the holes not lining up and asked if he had another mount in stock. He brought out another and I checked it. The holes in the original mount I had were machined incorrectly and the shape was off!

The holes on this other Anchor mount matched the one that came out of my Accord. This new one looks like it will fit and work fine.
