Default 96 Honda Accord squealing sound

Hello guys. I have a 96 hondaaccord and every time i turn it on it makes this realllllly high pitched squeal/whistle sound. At first I didnt mind it but now it does it more frequently like when im driving and i accelerate itll be really bad. Goes away after a good 10 minutes of driving. Is it my timing belt?

if the squeal is belt related it would be an external belt slipping; like what turns the alternator, A/C or power steering pump.
inspect for large number of cracks, but usually a belt just needs to be tightened. simple enough.

timing belts are toothed and don't slip, btw.
