Default 97 Accord Belt Problem

Where to start haha.
So, my 97 Accord recently broke down from a dead battery cell which was not accepting the alternators charge. I managed to get it home, put a new alternator and battery in. I took my A/C out awhile ago and got a 060370 belt (since i removed a pulley) which was loose, so I ordered a 060365 off Ebay and put that in. Fits great! BUT! Now when i turn my steering wheel it makes a constant squeak, a loud constant squeak. This being the only time it squeaks (it squeaked once or twice when I put the clutch in).
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? I've seen a post on here about somewhat the same thing, but mine is louder than my "tunes" can cover up lol.
Looking for some real advice, feel free to ask questions for further info!

Thanks

Is it possible the belt is too tight?

It may be slipping under load (too loose?).

Belt should deflect ~1/2 inch under firm push at midspan.

good luck

It sounds like the small belt that goes to the power steering may be what is squeaking not the new belt you just put on. Just a guess based on the fact it only squeaking when you turned.
