**UPDATE**
Ok i just laid under the car while it was on and i could see the leak. The oil accumulates on 2 oil pan bolts that are on the passenger side of the engine. It accumulates on them and drips down at about 2-3 oil drips per second (wow). It does NOT looks like its coming from the rear seal, because i see no oil leaking from the gap inbetween the motor and trans, just these 2 bolts. Also theres a mysterious hole right by on the the mentioned bolts. Im sure its a factory hole, has no threads or nothing but its right by where the gasket is. What are your opinions? Im pretty excited that maybe in fact it is the oil pan gasket leaking, and not the rear seal!

What about that hole? Is it for a missing bolt for the oil pan?

I had a mystery leak similiar to yours last year on my 97........took me a long time to find it, but it ended up being the distributor seal. Tough to see it leaking because it drains from the bottom and them drips along side the motor. My distributor cap was full of oil. It was also leaking 2-3 drips a second as it worsened. I ended up removing the distributor and cleaning the seal around the shaft and repositioning it along the backside of the housing where it should have stayed originally.......problem solved. Hard to believe your car can run fine with a cap and rotor full of oil, but it can.

Jim, that hole is not for a bolt. You know how there are factory holes/slots and whatever that are a part of the design but arent used, well that is what it appears to be. Doesnt seem to have any function, its just there.
Iowan, i did the distributor cap last week, there was no oil inside, and the leak is massive enough that i would be able to see it with the car running. There are SEEPS all around that area, but as for an actual leak, i doubt its coming from that area.

All in all, i think im safe to assume it is the oil pan gasket. It makes sense, because it doesnt leak when its not running, starts leaking immediately after the car is started, and stops soon after its shut off. From what it looked like when I was under the car, I think Im safe to assume that its the pan gasket.

I think there is a writeup in the DIY section about how to change that gasket.

Is this corner the front or rear of right/pass side the car?

Poorman, its the front. The pass side has 4 bolts, 2 on each side divided by the crank. The 2 bolts on the front passenger side are the ones accumulating and dripping oil.

I would place a rag above the point where you see the leak and see if the leak stops. Oil can't flow upwards.

My 97 Accord leaked oil from the oil pressure switch, located above the oil filter and also the distributor o-ring. I replaced both and my oil consumption has improved but it still seems to be leaking/burning some oil, about a quart every 1000-1500 miles or so.

I guess with 186K miles, that's to be expected.
