Default 97 accord SE - Passenger Wiper twitches

Hello. I bought my 97 accord less than a month ago and about a week into my purchase I noticed the passenger wiper would simply twitch.

I tried tightening the nut attached to the arm but no luck. I ran some diagnostics such as removing the nut and watching the bolt move in conjunction with the other wiper blade so I believe there isn't anything wrong with the assembly.

I noticed the nut used was an acorn nut and I'm not sure if this is the correct nut used as the driver side one looks different (but I won't take it apart for fear of breaking both wipers).

Could it be just a replacement of the nut that will correct this problem? Anymore input or suggestions would be helpful!

Thanks

There are "splines" on the stud and on the arm. What do the "splines" on the two look like....the arm is softer metal so they go first. This is seen most times where you get ice in the winter...then try to turn on the wipers when they are "iced" to the window....
