Actually the heater circuit for the #2 sensor. Under the car, the sensor is in the catalytic converter. Find where it unplugs, then look for the 2 same-color (black?) wires in the sensor. Use your multi-meter to measure resistance between those 2 pins. It should be 10 to 40 ohms. Bad sensors usually measure open-circuit, but anything other than 10-40 let us know what you measure.
