Default 97 ACCORD- Struggles to get to 3,000 rpm's then drives fine.

Its acting like something is clogged, but i dont even know where to begin looking. Also Im getting codes for the IAC Valve and the IAT sensor,

codes are P0118 and P1508,

I just had an issue with the crank position sensor, and it had the car in limp mode and I couldnt go over 3000 rpms, got that fixed, and I can go way faster now, but just when I turn the car on now it dies on me and got to start it a few times to keep it on, and going from 1000 rpms to 3000 it acts like its spitting air out the exhaust pipe and then after 3000 it clears up to a normal engine sound.. any ideas, please help!

I just had the water pump, timing belt, and crank position sensor replaced, and he said the timing was a little off, and he fixed that. Also my spark plugs are super black on spark side, should I replace? And the wires are kinda mixed matched, idk if that matters.. I put some seafoam in and that engine restore stuff in the oil. hope those are ok, but they didnt help anything =P

The P0118 is towrds the ECT....so if the car thinks it is "cold" and runs "rich" this could explain a few things. I'd start testing there.
