Purchased car in efforts to save gas and then flip knew it had a bad tranny because it would drop out in 2nd gear. I purchased a JDM tranny from Tiger Japanese. I swapped out the sensors and solenoids as reccomended and put the car back together.

I then test drove the car and noticed that it shifts hard when placed into gear and when driving at about 5-10 mph it will suddenly slow to a stop. I can put the car in reverse or D1 and drive but if I put it in D2 I can hear a solenoid click and the car again will stop moving.

I checked and adjusted the shift cable and also the gear position switch with no luck.

Does the car have a TCM module that be bad? Could this be a bad solenoid issue moved from one car to the next? Any suggestions?
