I started having problems with my transmission it is a 97 accord vtec 2.2 automatic. it is starting to shift jerky and then from shifting from 3rd to 4th gear when the engine is cold it will be like a delayed shift and it will go to shift at like 3000 rpms and then it will shoot up to 3500 to 400rpms if I don't let off the gas. I recently changed the fluid with the Honda transmission fluid about a month or so ago.

Did you do one drain/refill? When was the fluid previously changed?
