it has no injector pulse. dont know where 2 start. please help if u can.

How did you test for injector pulse? Is the check engine light on?

Each injector plug has two wires. One is hot with the key switch on, and the other wire is grounded by the ECU to open the injector.

Check that you have 12V at the red/blk wire to ground with the key in the II position on the injector plug.

 

It has dont have any volts at the red/blk wire. the mechanic that put the motor in is trying 2 tell me it needs a new wiring harness or computer. but that is all he tested. he trying 2 charge me 300 dollars 2 tell me what it needs. im going 2 pick the car up tomorrow. So what is the next thing i need 2 try. i appreciate the help. saltine251

 

The next step is to remove the 6-pin connector from the injector resistor. The resistor is on the drivers side of the car close to the firewall. The red/blk wire going to that connector to body ground should have 12V when the key is at the II position.

In the DIY forum, open thread called acc 5th gen...., and open dhost link in there. That page has the shop manual for a 5th gen accord at the bottom split into chapters. I am basically giving you the instructions from a check engine code 16 (fuel injector problem). It will be in the fuel chapter that you can download.

Basically you are not getting power to the injectors. The resistor is closest, then the MFR. You also have the wires conecting those components that might have failed too. All you need is a volt meter (~$10 at wal-mart) and the shop manual (free from that site above) to do some basic electrical tests.
