I imagine most of the solenoid valves would come from a dealer.

Is there a diagram anywhere that I can look at to see where all the valves are at that i would need to check?

EVAP canister is #6 in the picture. It's under the car, roughly below the left-rear seat.

Vent-shut valve is #8
Filter #9 might be plugged to cause the problem?

2-way valve is #14
solenoid that operates it is #7
both of those are inside a plastic housing #27

Vent-pressure sensor #36 measures pressure in canister & faulty measurement can lead to CEL.

Up in the engine compartment...
#8 is the vent-control solenoid which is part of this system also.

picture in post #24 is category THROTTLE BODY
