Well I changed the spark plugs and wires today and I noticed that the plug on the far right of the engine, standing from the front, was loose I think that was the problem but I still changed them and now the car runs smooth. Thanks for the advice and help everyone.

BTW, the sparkplugs are numbered from #1 close to the drive belts, to #4 close to the transmission. The external drive belts are at the traditional "front" of the engine, even tho it's actually pointing towards the side of the car.
