98 Accord Heater Control Panel - operates sporaticly

Any thoughts on whether/how to repair board?
I removed the control unit I noticed a burned/loose pin to the right of the label C22, so I removed the board and flipped it over and R1 looks bad, plus the plastic behind it that shrouds the temp control **** is singed. Any thoughts on whether the board can be repaired, and if so how?
