I own a 98 Accord Sedan, no keyless entry, and went to open the car door on a 30 degree morning here..the key will not go all the way into the keyhole on either the driver or passenger door, nor does the valet key, so I cant open the doors..to get into the car I had to release the backseat from inside the trunk and climb thru..the car starts as normal..if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

 

when i use to live in Wisconsin same thing hapened to me a few times,, more so after i had washed the car or had been raining and then temp got below freezing.......a bit of frost gets in the lock,, try spraying some graphite in there,, and if it is what i think ,it will be ok when temp rises ,,

 

OMG..thats it exactly!..I washed it last night, it got below freezing overnight, and now the temp is about 45 degrees and the locks are working like normal..I'll keep some graphite on hand in case it happens again though, thanks for your help!.
