Default 98 accord not blowing cold air when AC is on

hello to you all, my accord 98 is not blowing cold air when the AC is on. Is there anyway to scan for codes to know where the problems are comin from? I will check if there is still any refrigerant in it. I use the car once in a week. I hope there won't be any problem since i don't use it regularly. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Have the high and low side pressures checked.

Is the compressor clutch "kicking" in?

Also make sure your temperature control valve is opening/closing all the way. Mine is rusty and won't go full cold or hot without me getting a screwdriver at the valve.

If the compressor is leaking at the shaft, the pulley will sling the leaking oil around from there. If it gets on the condenser that way, then the condenser doesn't have to be part of the problem any more than the underside of the hood which also catches some oil.

But how does the oil get on the condenser? Isn't the radiator in the way?

is not exactly oily substance around the condenser, but now i was told it is ok, but i should work on the compressor. The will need to flush the condenser and tighten up where it is leaking. Thanks
