That's the truth! I have yet to have to take any panels off of my Accords, but I had to remove several on my 90 & 91 mustangs and it was a PITA.

In my experience, if the cable that pulls the window up/down becomes fouled, the entire regulator should be replaced. There are not any repairable parts on the regulator to my knowledge. Best bet for a replacement is ebay or car-part.com to look for a local salvage yard. I have bought used regulators (been a few yrs), for $75-$100. Ebay may have some new parts at reasonable prices, but I actually prefer a good, used OEM part.

good luck

Yo teejay my man ////
First off, all of us have other lives to live than sit behind the computer hoping that someone asks a question so we can answer it ASAP..
Secondly at that time in the morning depending on which part of the country a member lives,, some people are just getting up and getting ready to go to work ( Me) the last thing i am going to do is turn the internet on, go to the forum and see who has asked any questions ,,when i have time to spare i will come here and help as many members as i can ,at times it is everyday at times once a week depending on what goes with my other life ,, and i am sure it is the same for every members in here
So you have to be patient ,I understand your dilemma and i am sorry but if you have this attitude i guarantee that you will not get any replies at all... People who volunteer do not like to be pushed ..
Although we love to offer help to as many members as we can ,, the member who can help might not always be around at the time that the question was posted ,,,,,,,,

Wow this site sucks.
How impatient are you? Came to the conclusion that this site sucks because no one replied in 40mins.
I did not realize that he made that statement ( wow this site sucks )
MMMMM.. I already answered his question ,, what should i do ?? MMMM,,, Ok I know ..Poof ..the answer is gone ..Oh Oh ....

TEEJAY.......

I got to tip my hats to 00Accord and Texas , for being such nice guys to even comment and reply to your question ,they are a lot nicer than i am ,,, most members would feel insulted to have you come here , post a question and demand an answer and if do not get it ASAP than you critizes OUR forum ,,,

I take back this previous statement I see you guys are just waking up I just really wanted this done before it started to rain
He took it back. I believe forgiveness is a virtue just as patience is as well. I know I have gotten pretty frustrated before when my car did something that ticked me off and I probably said something I didn't really mean (Anybody remember my "RPM fluctuations" thread?). I just ignored the original statement and tried to put myself in his shoes.
