Default 98 honda accord problems

hello,

i just had the head gasket fixed on my 98 honda accord ex AT 4cyl. well now im having a couple issues....never seems to fail! Ok so I've got 3 problems with my Honda. Please help w/ any or all 3. I would love to hear any suggestions.

Problem 1. at a stop, after i let off my foot from the brake pedal car feels like it jumps (for lack of a better term) into gear. I was told it could be a knock sensor? Not sure though.

Problem 2. temp gauge shows its overheating and when i accelerate temp guage drops. when i turn off caR AND CHECK UNDER HOOD CAR DOESNT SEEM TO BE HOT . Any suggestions???

Problem 3. Look to check my radiator fluid and its milky/foamy. so i figure its oil. checked oil and and its fine. bought radiator flush and flushed system acouple times and now there is just a small amount of oil when i open up the radiator. Where could oil be coming from and should I purchase a new radiator? Please help I just spent $500 for my head gasket to be replaced.

thanks

I'd want a compression test to start with.

Do the cooling fans for the rad (BOTH) come on when the car is running - test for when the ac is on and off.
