Batter in the car was dead for a while. I have recharged the battery and now the radio will not work. It's getting power to it but wont play. I saw on another forum that I need to enter a code. I found the code but do not know what to do to enter it in. Any ideas?

 

When you turn the key to "on" - there should be a display "code" or something like that. Use the "pre-set" buttons that have numbers on them to enter the code.

If you have "played" with it several times since getting power back to it, you might have to remove power - pull the backup fuse or battery cable for a few minutes to re-set the radio to ask for the code. Again, another safety feature - enter the wrong code "x" times and it will lock you out from trying anymore.
