Default 99 Accord EX V6 A/C not working after disconnect/recconnect of wire

I recently installed a subwoofer in my accord, and to do so, I had to take the center dash panel (location of radio, A/C controls, clock) out. During the process I had to unplug all of the wires on that panel INCLUDING the A/C wire.

Since I plugged the A/C back in, air does not come out as fast and sometimes only comes out of certain vents.

Also, it doesn't cool nearly as good as it used to. I have the thermostat set to 60*, and it doesn't feel like it even gets down to 70* anymore. The heater works perfectly fine, however.

The A/C compressor, fan, motor, or SOMETHING, I don't know what---makes a loooot of noise now, too. Whenever it's turned on, especially full blast, it sounds as if it's about to die. It makes really loud vibration noise, resonating all through the dashboard section. And whenever the system is turned on or off, or the temperature is changed, it makes clunking and grinding noises.

Should I expect a dead A/C system soon? Or is there an easy fix? Bad compressor? bad condenser? Recharge needed? More freon?

It's getting hot outside, so a solution would be very much appreciated.

I'd go back and double check everything.
