I have a few 99-00 V6 accords and my 2000 has a slipping tranny and I just was hit in my 99 which had a great rebuilt tranny that never gave me problems. My mechanic I took it to told me the 99 trans won't work in the 2000. Thought they were all the same from 98-02. He says no 98-99 same and 00-02 same and wants me to buy a new trans instead of just swapping the 99 into the 2000. Any help or advice?
