99 accord would not start.
As previously stated, "Honda's connector terminal numbering is based on whether the connector is male or female. The cavities (and wire terminals) in each connector are numbered starting from the upper left, looking at the male terminals from the terminal side (or looking at the female terminals from the wire side. Both views are in the same direction so the numbers are the same.) All actual cavities are numbered, even if they have no wire terminals in them."
I understand still not numbered that way. Relay is numbered like I said on relay number 7 goes to pump it's what it is number 5 on relay comes on with ignition. Number 1 is always hot.. Thats what I have. I am a E's guy at Honda engine plant. Was shown how to check relay at our service center on terminal 5 for ignition and 7 for pump. So once again I have power all the time on 1 . 5 and 7 come on with key then 7 drops out.
Ok my terminal 7 is blk and yellow I was told this is signal for fuel. Terminal 5 is red and white. Ignition terminal 1 green and white hot all the time. . When I turn on key red and white have power. Black and yellow have power then hear a click as relay drops out lose power on black and yellow. That's all I have
The grn/yel wire should be grounded for about two seconds when you first turn the ignition switch to the II position and not start the car to prime the fuel rail. That same wire should get ground when you turn the key to the start position.
