99 lx error codes with ram intake. My ram intake is causeing an error code. positive it is because of the ram intake ,some sensor etc. I am putting the origional on for inspection. If I decide to use the ram intake again Is there a way of removing the error code permanantly. any adjusting I can do? also any legal or illegal programs/devices for making these error codes not come up.cpu related etc, thankyou it is a 4 cylinder manual.

i dont remember , the check engine light,maintainance required lights have been on for over a year ,still runs great though. the mechanic wanted me to take it off before he even read the codes

 

Stop by an autoparts store and have them read the codes. Then you can start troubleshooting the problem(s) that you have from the new intake manifold.
