99' oil in coolant
I need some advice! I have a 99 accord lx with 164000 miles. It recently developed a crack in the top of the radiator without me noticing it until it started overheating. Upon me noticing the problem with the radiator I noticed that it had oil in the coolant reservoir. I have been reading some other forums about head gaskets and porosity cracks in the engine block. My assumptions are that when the car was overheated, it blew a head gasket. I am thinking that if it was a porosity problem it would have possibly done it a long time ago. There is no coolant in the oil that I can tell and car runs great. This is why the porosity problem has me worried. Can anyone help, I am debaiting on trying a head gasket before engine swap but would like some quality advice, thanks J

you need to have a leak test gauge set up to do the test and yes you do need to use compressed air.. if you do not have the equipment you might want to have a shop do the test
Also i deleted the exactly other post that you wrote,, there is no need to have 2 posts asking the exact same question it is a waste of space
