AC Fan only blows on speeds 3 and 4

Default AC Fan only blows on speeds 3 and 4
I have a 2000 EX Coupe. The AC fan will not blow on speeds 1 and 2. I also have a 1999 LX for parts, and I switched the AC panels on them, and it still doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem? Is it a short in a wire?

Perhaps corrosion. Do you mean the blower fan will not work on 1 and 2?

It sounds like a faulty blower resistor, located on the blower motor. Try swapping that part.
