Default Accord 02 4 cyl Crank No Start Fuel Smell In Cabin

Okay yall this is my first time posting here and I have a doozy... 2002 Honda Accord SE (coupe) 4 cyl 2.3LMileage: 270,000 roughly So my car was running for the past 10 months needing some work here and there but for the past week it won't start. At first it wouldn't even crank so we got a new starter and put it on and now it cranks but still no start. So I've made a checklist of ALL the things we've done to it so far to really narrow it down and hopefully I'll get some answers cause at this point I am at a loss. I live in my car and it being dead in the water is not ideal Here's a checklist of what we've done:Battery test & checked voltage ☆Connections ☆Replaced starter ☆Checked DTC with Code Reader ☆Has Gas ☆Fuel pump☆ (also replaced about 4 months ago)Fuel pump connections☆ Fuel pump injectors ☆ Fuel pump distributer ☆Oil change and filled with clean oil☆
cleaned spark plug wires☆
Adjusted valves☆
Checked Fuel Injector Relay ☆

gonna clean Fuel filter today and hopefully change timing belt and water pump . If those don't work we're out of ideas. Please help.

You need to narrow down the root cause of the engine not starting to get a direction on what to check/test next. If not, then you can throw a lot of parts and money at the car and not fix it.

Sounds like the starter is working now and cranking the engine, let me know if the starter is not cranking the engine.

With a crank/no-start, you need to narrow down causes. Checking for fuel and spark are the easiest. For fuel, remove the snorkel on the throttle body, have an assistant try to start the car while you spray starting fluid into the throttle body. If the engine runs on its own (even poorly), then you have an issue in the fuel system.

Using a spark tester can quickly identify if you are missing spark. Some of the spark testers allow you to increase the gap, so you can see if you are getting strong spark.
