Thanks for your advice JimBlake, I'll do that.
I think a rat has chewed up the wiring harness that goes to 2 solenoid on top of the transmission box. I took it to Honda dealer and they laughed saying they've had similar cases!
They have to replace the entire engine harness which is going to cost over $500. Luckily, my insurance company covers rodant's damages to the car.
