accord sat nav dvd

Default accord sat nav dvd
hi all has anyone managed to make a backup copy of the sat nav dvd? i have an accord 06 plate and i want to make a backup copy of the disc i have tried a few programs but when i put the copy in the sat nav cannot read the disc.

anyone got any ideas?
