Default Air/blower Issues

Does anyone know what causes the motor to go bad, or why it happens?

The same thing happened to me last night; I was driving and needed to turn on the fan to the window b/c it was fogging up due to the rain, and there was no air coming from the dash!

Try getting the HVAC codes from your car. See the common DIY thread on top of the gen tech help forum. Its under the 7th gen accords. Post any hvac code on here.

After trouble shooting this; and testing the individual parts, everything "passed" but the transistor was the only thing that we weren't sure about.I went to Honda today, asked if I could borrow a new/ good one. Plugged it in and the fan started working!
All I've got to do now is put the screws back in and I'll have heat in the car again
