Has anyone added air pressure to get better gas mileage? (2006 Honda Accord four cyl) I added two pounds the other day and am waiting to see if that helps.
What are any other ideas you use to get best gas mileage.

The hypermilage folks put 50 lbs of air in their tires as an aid to better mileage along with specific driving techniques. That's a bit much for me but I run mine +3-5 over the sticker in the door. I did it for better handling but I can't honestly say that my MPG is up, it's steady at mid twenties in town and mid thirties on the road....A/C on 100% of the time.

Put "tips for miles per gallon" into google and you'll get a ton of responses.

It should help a little, just dont put in more than the max listed on the tire.

over inflation of tires will result in them wearing out faster. You are better off putting slightly skinnier tires on your car but you will loose some traction.
