Default Alternator belt slipping

I have a Honda Accord Automatic Hatchback. However the Mechanic who fitted my new alternator seemingly has not done the job properly, the alternator belt keeps slipping, and the nut which holds the belt is not sufficient to keep the hold on. I cant find a mobile mechanic in my area nor garage which do callouts. So literally stuck.I can see it looks a simple job,but know zero about cars, any help or pointers woul be gratefully received. The battery and alternator are fine.

Best regards

Well, it's difficult to help if we don't know what year/model/engine you have.

It's common for new belts to stretch a bit, but if he put the old belt back on maybe it's hard & slippery from age & heat.

That combination of year & engine sounds like Europe or UK?? It's a different car, but probably the alternator & belts are about the same.

What comes loose exactly? You have to tighten #6 & #10 as well. The #5 bolt is just to pull the alternator out for tensioning.
