Default Alternator Bracket keeps breaking

Hi everyone.
I have a 2000 Honda Accord lx v6 which I purchased three years ago. It is constantly giving me problems with the alternator. Either the alternator gets messed up with its pulley bending or the bracket that holds the alternator breaks. Last sunday, the bracket broke again for the third time. My mechanic instead of replacing the bracket has repaired it and has strong faith in his welding. He believes that the problem could be with the tensioner pully causing strong jerks but he is not sure. He said that it could be the other pullies as well such as the ac one.

I tried searching the forum for a solution but the closest i got was fabricating custom bracket of some harder metal.
Please help. Much appreciated!

The info. is in another thread I responded to before.

If the alternator mounting bolt is cross-threaded or wasn't torqued to spec when the alternator was installed, the stress on the alternator bracket and its mounting bolt can cause one or both to break.

See attached pic. for the info. Note that I highlighted in yellow which mounting bolt to check and possibly replace too.

Thanks red bull. I asked my mechanic to check the alternator mounting bolt. He said it was ok. Is it just better to replace that bolt?

To be on the safe side, I would recommend replacing the bolt and then properly torque it.
